this very first training is enough to let me know, my physical fitness sucks till i dont know where !
firstly, we did some normal warm up

THEN, "on your pumping position down!"

and its not exactly 100 cause they kept "cant hear you,start from zero!"
and after we do 100+, it was the seniors turn.
but you know what? THEY NEVER TELL US TO RECOVER
so we just stayed at the pumping position until the seniors finish their 100 pumping

my hand was aching like fuck !
then we had a 3mins water break
and after that, we gathered at the track to start our run.
HOWEVER, we werent fast enough.
so what to do?

then after that, we continued our jumping jacks.
and after jumping, we continued to run.

finally we reach the track.

so overall, we did around 300+ push up
serious serious, im not dicking.
but i only did around 100+

you can call me noob, i will have no complaints
so overall, the training really worned me out but i feel so good after that !
i really never enjoyed sweating so much in at least half a year
